How to Order

Account Login

Customers (Corporate or Consumer) who have registered may login prior to adding items to their shopping cart or at any time during the shopping process. Logging in to your account will expedite the checkout process and help you avoid having to re-enter shipping and billing information during the checkout process. The "Login" button is located at the top of the screen above the search bar.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

To add items to your shopping cart, simply click on a product category button on the left hand side of the site, then select a sub category and/or individual product by clicking on its title or image. Detailed product information is available on individual Product Detail Pages as well as an "Add To Cart" button to purchase the item.

Once you find the item you are looking for, specify the quantity of the item that you would like to purchase and click the "Add To Cart" button from the Product Detail Page. Repeat this process for all products you would like to order.

You may make changes to your order at any time during the shopping process by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button in the upper right hand corner of the site. From the shopping cart you can use the update and/or delete options to remove products or make changes to the quantity you would like to order.

When you are finished shopping, review your shopping cart to ensure you have the correct items and quantities listed, then proceed to checkout.

Checking Out

If you have shopped with Matthew F Sheehan Co., Inc. in the past and have registered for a customer account as part of a previous purchase, you may login before proceeding to checkout or during the checkout process. Existing customers will have all of their billing information automatically entered into the checkout form. Review your information and make any changes necessary before proceeding.

If you are a new customer, simply enter all of the required information into the checkout form and click "Send Order". Be sure to make a note of your order number for your records.

Direct billing is available for churches and religious institutions. If your church, ministry or organization is interested in a charge-to-church account, please call (888) 712-0205 for details or to set up an account.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know your order was successfully received. This email will also contain your order number.

While we do our best to ensure accurate pricing on our website, Matthew F. Sheehan reserves the right to ship orders at current prices. In the event that the current price is different than what is shown online, you will be notified prior to your order being shipped.
