Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so if you have any doubt or questions, we encourage you to call us toll-free at 1-866-674-2500 prior to placing your order. Our knowledgeable staff is available during regular business hours 9:30 to 5:30 EST Monday through Saturday to personally assist you.

If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, before returning the merchandise, you must contact our Billing Department via email, telephone or fax for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of purchasing. Merchandise returned to us without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to the customer with an additional freight charge.

To guarantee a refund, please return merchandise to us in the same original packaging as it was received. Poorly packaged items may cause breakage in delivery to us and are then non-returnable. We require return items are in the same condition as when we sent them out.

Please note that returns on items that were received with free shipping will be credited the full cost of the item less the shipping cost paid on the initial order.

Damages

Please contact us if you see external damage to the box. In all damage claims, it is essential that the original shipping cartons in which the item/s came are kept as UPS/FedEx requires seeing the original box that the order was shipped in. We will not be responsible for the claim if the box is thrown away. Please examine merchandise immediately upon receipt. Should merchandise be damaged, contact our Shipping Department the same day and retain all original packaging and boxes. Damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Apparel Returns

To ensure that we are only selling first quality apparel to our customers, we must make sure returned apparel has not been worn and shipped back packaged exactly as received, folded inside the plastic sleeve. Therefore, all apparel must be returned to us in the exact same condition it was received. If a return is denied by our Return Department, you will be notified. Merchandise will be returned to you and you will incur an additional shipping charge.

No Returns Allowed on:

  • Internationally shipped items
  • Custom-made, made to order, any garment with label sewn in or custom-designed merchandise/apparel
  • Worn or used items
  • Merchandise without a Return Authorization Number


  • Restocking Fees

    Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of 10% to 25%, depending on the manufacturer.

    Reasons a restocking fee may be applied include, but are not limited to:

  • Vendor requirements (please contact us to inquire)
  • Returned merchandise not meeting return guidelines, such as missing original packaging, items appear worn or are damaged
