How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive to customers within 5 to 10 business days. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will do our best to notify you. Products shipping from Italy (Wood Carve, Fiberglass, Bronze Finish or Cast) typically take 4 to 12 weeks for delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary by the order total. Free shipping may be available on select items or orders of a qualifying amount. Please see our shipping and handling page for the most up-to-date information on shipping costs.
Please note that for orders totaling over $1000 or for expedited shipping (3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air), we will contact you with a price quote.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. Shipping on international orders will be based on weight and destination. Please call or email us for a price quote for shipping. Matthew F. Sheehan is not responsible for lost international shipments or any customs, duties, brokerage, VAT fees or taxes.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, you can contact our Billing Department via email, telephone or fax for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of purchasing. For more information on our return policy, please click here.
What types of payments do you accept?
For online orders, we make it easy to pay for your purchases by accepting all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal. For telephone, fax or mail orders, we accept all major credit cards as well as personal checks and money orders.
I've found an item cheaper somewhere else. Do you price-match?
Yes. We offer a 100 percent price-match guarantee. If you find the exact same item at one of our competitors for less, we'll match the price. Please call toll-free 1-617-762-5178 before ordering to have an item price-matched.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes! Matthew F. Sheehan Company gift certificates are available in any amount and may be used for online shopping, telephone orders, fax orders as well as mail orders. Gift Certificates can only be used for merchandise and have no expiration date.
Where can I find a size chart for apparel items?
Because we carry such a wide selection of apparel items, sizing may vary from one brand to another. Sizing charts can be found on individual product pages as an alternate image.

Where are your products made?
At Matthew F. Sheehan, we strive to offer the best selection of premium-quality religious items and church goods on the market. While some of the items we sell are imported, many are produced right here in the United States. In addition, all of our private-label products are manufactured exclusively in the United States.
