I ordered and received a babies braclet.The quality of the item was excellent but the coloring was a little dark. Without me asking the company sent me another one free of charge. I would always use this company.

Two days before my bishop's ordination, I learned that the alb I had ordered from another store was in fact not in stock and that there were no alternatives available. The customer service representative was unfriendly and unapologetic. I spent the next several hours looking for an alb that I could have in time, and I finally landed on this site. I called customer service and was extremely pleased with the helpful and friendly service I received. While still on the telephone with me, the representative went to check that the alb I needed was in stock, and he then transferred me to someone in shipping who could help me figure out if and how I could get it in time. The alb arrived less than 24 hours later, on a Friday afternoon. I am thrilled not only with the alb but also with the amazing customer service. I look forward to working with you in the future. Dear Friends, I received the Holy Name Banner from your shop and wanted to pass on my thanks for the beautiful work done for us, our pastor will be very pleased. It will be a beautiful addition to our chapel especially on the second Sunday of each month when the Holy Name Society recites the Holy Name Pledge after the Credo. The craft and skill of all involved is superb - not a flaw to be seen. When asked where we bought the banner I tell each inquiry "Sheehans in Massachusetts" and the clerical quality is obvious. Thank you so much for the beautiful statue of Jesus and the children. It arrived today and is exactly what I wanted. I am putting it in the garden I am creating in memory of the two little babies I lost through miscarriage. Just to let you know that I collected my package of 4 x Wine Decanters from our local Post Office this morning. All appear to have survived the journey well.
