Baptismal Fonts / Bowls / Sets / Shells
A Baptismal Font is a basin or vase, serving as a receptacle for baptismal water in which the candidate for baptism is immersed, or over which he is washed, in the ceremony of Christian initiation. In the Church's present practice it is ordinarily a decorative stone basin, though metal or wood are used; supported on a pedestal or columns at a convenient height for receiving the water which is poured over the head of the person baptized, a form which marks the term of a development graphically illustrating the history of the mode of conferring baptism.
An emblem for Baptism since the 12th century, the Baptismal Shell is used to pour baptismal water over the chatechumen's head. Also used as a special keepsake gift for remembrance of that special day.
Bells - Altar / Sacristry / Hand
An Altar Bell is a small bell placed on the credence or in some other convenient place on the epistle side of the altar. Its original intention was to draw the parishoners attention to the occurrence of transubstantiation (especially for those present who did not follow the then-Latin Mass).
A Sacristy Bell at the sacristy door is rung at the entrance of the clergy and is a signal that Mass is about to begin and everyone should stand.
An individual Hand Bell can be used simply as a signal to catch people's attention or summon them together, but handbells are generally heard in tuned sets.
Candleabras / Candlesticks / Torches
The Candleabra is used as a support for candles, made with several arms or branches. Though most used and developed during the Renaissance, the candelabrum originated in Etruria and Rome. Candelabra found in Etruscan and Pompeiian ruins are usually of bronze. From ancient Rome come the tall and monumental candelabra used in temples and public buildings. Of bronze or marble, they had triangular pedestals from which rose columnar shafts, finely sculptured and terminating at the top in a bowl used for holding illuminating oil and incense. With these as inspiration, Italian Renaissance artists produced superb candelabra in rich materials for altars, chapels, and processions.
Candlestick is a support on which a candle is placed. Candle sticks can vary in size and can be made from certain metals or wood.

It is generally used as a service item, while the reserved hosts are stored in the Tabernacle in a Ciborium.
A Ciboria is a covered Sacred Vessel used to contain the Blessed Sacrament which is normally locked inside the Tabernacle and only removed during the Holy Mass, for the distribution of Communion. The word is of rather doubtful etymology, Some derive it from the Latin word cibus, "food", because it is used to contain the Heavenly Bread; while others trace it to the Greek kirorion, "cup", because of the original shape of this Eucharistic receptacle. Like the Ciborium, the Host Box holds the Blessed Sacrament.
